0. Hello Resoner.

1. Good Points:
* Brilliant piece, the track is very melodic and pleasing to hear.
* Your piano playing is awesome keep on keeping on with that.
* The mix is very well done, the other instruments do not clash with the main piano.
* The background melody is very enchanting, trancing if you will.
* The entrance of the cymbals is ver well-timed.

2. (Not so) Good Points:
* NULL

3. Good day, sir.

0. Hello, sir.

1. Good Points:
* Awesome opening, makes the anticipation for the entire track all the more thrilling.
* Nice mix between the drums and bass, doesn't fail to please anyone who hears this track.
* The bass really pumps hard but it does not devour the drums. Very nice.
* The track would mesh well with anything.

2. (Not so) Good Points:
* The beat, although catchy, is kindof repetetive going to the end.
* I fail to see the relation of the tune to the title.

3. Good day and good job.

0. Hello.

1. Good Points:
* Starts out great.
* The bass and drums really mix well and the piece stays true to its dance roots.
* Nice theme to it, great beat to dance to.
* The ending is pretty great to.
* I applaud you for the "button" sound and the whistle. It fits the track quite nicely and the presence was well-timed.

2. (Not so) Good Points:
* The robot dialogue sequence was a little bit off for me, I kinda feel it's unnecessary and the entire track could do away without it.
* The entire middle part kind of slowed down the pace of the track for me and it kind of threw me off the catchy first part.
* The slow pace at the middle could've been better.

3. Good day, sir.

SkyMarshall responds:

Okay, the robotics need to go - I realize that now. But the entire song is actually built around the fact that I wanted to try out some new vocoding-software. But yes, the song is better without it. I guess I'll look into that. The interlude needs to stay, but it can be done differently to maintain the pacing.

Glad you like it man =) Thanks for the 9 and the review!

Great Job

0. Hello to the two of you.

1. Good Points:
* Stayed true to the genre all the way.
* Very nice mix, props to Xenogenocide for this. One can listen to this all day long without ever getting tired of it.
* Nice energy to it, the melody really gets me hyped up.
* Drums, pretty crisp. As a drummer myself, I would imagine that this is very tiring to do continuously. Nice execution, fits well with the entire piece.
* The riffs are off the hook, it really captures the essence of metal.

2. (Not so) Good Points:
* Not really a bad point, I just noticed that the start of the piece seemed like it would fit a boss battle in a video game (i.e. MegaMan). Good follow through though, my favorite part would be from 0:14-0:45.
* I don't if it was just my headset but I didn't feel the bass as much as I would have expected. The drums kind of devoured the bass section for me, although it can be heard faintly in the background.

3. Good day and great job you two.

0. Hello.

1. Good Points:
* Combination of a dance beat with gaming, never gonna go wrong with that.
* Overall the song was clean, no distracting static present.

2. (Not so) Good Points:
* The song was unfortunately short (although maybe you meant that to be.)

3. Good day.

0. Hello.

1. Good Points:
* I'm new to liking jazz music and I've got to say this has not disappointed me at all, it made me take a deeper liking to jazz.
* Great beat to hum to.
* Classic! How the saz entered the fray, awesome.

2. (Not so) Good Points:
* The only not so good point I could think about this is its length, it's kind of short, maybe a second part could be written to go along with this.

3. What's up with the title? I'm not getting the theme here.

4. Good day and great job.

Sentinel94 responds:

Hey Sifr,
Thanks for all the good comments and I'm glad I could improve your jazz experience!
On the length, I felt that it went best as a shorter song rather than longer, sorry.
And the title....if anyone would love to think up titles for music, be my guest. I just kind of picture a casino when I listen to this song. And, poker's in a casino, follow the logic? =D

0. Hello.

1. Good Points:
* The music is very trancing, one can have a good quiet afternoon listening to this.
* The percussion (drums) is very crisp, very satisfying to hear.
* The percussion (cymbals) mixed very well to the overall music.
* The horn was very soothing to listen to.

2. (Not so) Good Points:
* Came out a little bit too strong at the start.
* The hi-hat was louder than expected, it kind of overpowered the piano a little bit (or is it the center part of a ride cymbal, I'm not sure.)
* The percussion (piano) was a little bit too distracting when the drums started to pick up.

3. Good Day.

great piece

this is something someone can listen to and not get tired of easily. from start to finish the riffs are bitchin'. as a testament to how good it is, I used it in one of my flash submissions (even though it didn't fair quite well in standings), great piece here!

Peace and One! ~Sif

Chrizzly responds:
